Key Points of Bird's Basement Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy:
- Tickets and food packages can be refunded in full less the service fee if the cancellation is received up to 14 days before the show. If cancelled 14 days or less before the event, minus a 25% cancellation fee and service fee(s) will apply.
- Cancellations must be made in writing using the specified phone number or email address.
- No refunds are provided on the day of the show.

No Shows and Lateness:
- Tickets are considered no-show if the holder has not arrived by 7:45pm, or 10:15pm if and when there is a second show. Bird's Basement may use the seat for another patron and no refunds are provided for no-shows.
- Entry may be refused for late arrivals after 7:45pm to minimize disruption.

Seating Arrangements and Allocation:
- Seating is allocated based on the purchased ticket section and cannot be changed on the night. Requests for specific seating must be made at the time of booking but are not guaranteed.
- Bird's Basement reserves the right to change the venue's seating plan without notice.

Admission and Eviction Rights:
- Management can refuse admission or evict individuals for inappropriate behavior, bringing outside food/drinks, or non-compliance with these terms.
- Smart casual dress is the minimum standard, with specific items like sports caps and thongs prohibited.
